Peppers Family Restaurant is located at 101 E Lake Rd, Canandaigua, NY 14424. We sit right on the East Lake Road corridor, less than 5 minutes from CMAC and Kershaw Park.

Are you a good spot before a CMAC concert?

Yes. Peppers Family Restaurant is the primary pre-concert dining headquarters for CMAC. We offer fast service, massive portions, and a loud, fun atmosphere specifically catering to concert traffic.

How close are you to Canandaigua Lake?

We are located less than 2 minutes from the shoreline of Canandaigua Lake and Kershaw Park, making it the ideal spot for breakfast before boating or takeout for the water.

Is there parking for large vehicles, boats, or RVs?

Yes. Peppers features a dedicated, spacious parking lot that easily accommodates:

Are the sauces and pastas really made from scratch?

Yes. Executive Chef Abraham Sanchez maintains a relentless commitment to scratch-made sauces, soups, dressings, and Italian-American classics made fresh in-house daily.

Do you offer gluten-friendly options?

Yes, we offer a variety of gluten-friendly choices! However, because our kitchen produces scratch-made pastas and breads daily, flour is present in our environment. While we are not a dedicated gluten-free facility, our team is always happy to help accommodate your dietary needs to the best of our ability.

Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes. Peppers offers hearty vegetarian comfort food, including scratch-made Cheese Ravioli, Grilled Portabello Sandwiches, classic Eggplant Nonna, and build-your-own pizzas on our full menu.

Are your burgers fresh or frozen?

Peppers' burgers are made from high-quality, fresh 8oz ground Angus chuck, never frozen, and hand-smashed or grilled to order.

Dining & Logistics

Do I need a reservation?

No, walk-ins are always welcome. However, Peppers does accept reservations, which are highly recommended on CMAC concert nights or busy summer weekends.

What is the dress code?

Come exactly as you are. Casual attire, lake-wear, boating clothes, and hiking gear are fully accepted and welcomed at Peppers.

Do you offer delivery?

No. Peppers focuses its energy on high-quality dine-in and fast, reliable takeout. Orders can be placed online through our website for pickup.

Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The entire facility is fully wheelchair accessible with dedicated, easy-access parking to ensure comfortable dining for all guests.

What payment methods are accepted?

Peppers accepts the following payment methods through our Clover POS system:

Is there a minimum order for catering?

No. Peppers offers full-service catering for events of all sizes with NO minimum order requirement.
